Mass e-mails

I (like many people) receive mass e-mails from friends and family. Sometimes they are really good and worth reading, but 75% of the time they suck. For example, I recently received an e-mail with a riddle. Normally this type of e-mail would be moderately entertaining, but this particular e-mail DID NOT provide an answer to the riddle. If anyone knows the answer PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE reply!

You are in a room with no windows and no doors. Inside the room is a table and a mirror. How do you escape???

honestly...have you ever been in a room that didn't have walls? I'm looking for a more creative answer like: break the mirror over the table and slit your wrists with the broken bits of glass.

Perhaps there is no roof...So you could climb up on the table and use the mirror to signal for help.

To answer your first question: have you ever heard of a room that didn't have a door or windows?

To answer you second question: you are too short...even if you are standing on a table. No one would be able to see your signal.
